- Hi,
- Here is a simple Indian chicken curry recipe.

- 1 whole chicken cut into 4x4" size
- 3 big onions
- 1 cup grated fresh coconut or dry powder
- 7-8 red dry chilli
- 3 tablespoon dhania powder( you get this in any indian store)
- 2 tablespoon chopped cilantra
- 1 teaspoon turmeric

- Masala:

- Meanwhile chop all the onions fry it until it becomes brown,
- add the chillies, fry for some more time.Add chopped cilantro, dhania powder
- and grated coconut and grind it to smooth paste using water.
- You can use little bit of oil for frying onions.

- Place a pan with 2 tablespoon of oil. When the oil becomes warm
- put all your chicken pieces. Add some salt ant turmeric and fry for
- some more time. Add the grinded masala + salt according to your
- taste + water and cook till the chichen getess cooked for atleast
- 20 mins. This goes very well with pita bread and white rice.

- One more tip...

- Instead of dhania + red chilly, you can use any type of curry
- powder which you get in Indian store like:

- 1> sambar powder
- 2> curry powder
- 3> chicke masala
